Purchaser will decide on site and pay a holding deposit of £1000. (The holding deposit is a gesture of goodwill and does not guarantee any particular site. The site will remain on the market until building contracts have been exchanged).
Once the holding deposit has been received, unconditional contract letters will be issued to purchasers solicitor. The contract should be signed and returned to developers within a 5 week time frame. A 10% deposit will be required when the contract is signed. The purchaser shall request any extras in writing within a fourteen day period from the date the contract is signed. If no extras are requested in this time frame the property will be constructed to the standard plan and specification. With work in progress on a given site a further 40% payment will be required on completion of the roof.
When choosing your kitchen the supplier will advise you of sample doors, worktops and accessories. This will also be the case for the sanitary ware and fireplace. Should you wish to upgrade from the standard specification you will be advised of the additional cost. The vendor will then be required to specify all upgrade changes in writing within a 4 week period from when the roof is completed and the second payment is due. The additional cost must be paid to the supplier prior to the fitting of your selection.
